Join fellow owners and managers for our ongoing collaborative discussions focused on the financial health and daily operations of running a business. This group is an open space to talk about staffing challenges, workforce management, and other core operational concerns.

This month: Join us for a special conversation with the creators of Hivemanager, a practice management platform built by massage clinic owners, for massage clinic owners. Created five years ago after running four massage clinics with more than 50 therapists, Hivemanager was designed to address the operational challenges that come with growing and managing a practice. This session will explore how Hivemanager can help simplify practice management, provide better insight into your business, and reduce the administrative work that takes you away from your clients. We’ll also share lessons learned from operating our own clinics and discuss how feedback from the massage professional community continues to shape the platform around real-world needs. The presentation will be approximately 30 minutes of our meeting.

Bring your current questions, share what is working for you, and engage in meaningful dialogue aimed at strengthening our business practices. We provide a supportive space for mutual mentoring, resource sharing, contract review, and operational refinement to help create clearer systems and sustainable growth.
